COFRAC accredited, the tests conducted at CERAH (in conformity with the ISO 17025 standards) are recognised by the countries of the European Union in the fields of wheelchairs, walking aids, external prostheses, joint implants, etc. All vehicles for people with disabilities (all types of wheelchairs, tricycles, pushchairs, etc.) covered by health-insurance bodies are tested by CERAH. |
||
CERAH provides technical assistance to the public authorities and, more widely speaking, to economic players for the drafting of new regulations and standards at international, European and nationwide levels, and the finalisation of new testing methods and market monitoring. They are notably dedicated to working on the nomenclature of vehicles for people with physical disabilities (Title 4 of the French LPPR (List of reimbursable products and services). |

CERAH has national jurisdiction and has a solid reputation in France and abroad. | |||
